I believe that everyone in the graphics field has seen this sentence everywhere, "The quick brown fox jumps over the lazy dog." I wonder how many of you understand why this sentence gets so popular. Since English uses the 26 alphabets to form a meaningful word, this sentence is very helpful on typography to see the appearance of every character of the twenty-six. I did not learn this in my Digital Typography class when I was studying in the Academy. It's either that I did not pay attention on the instructor, or that the instructor did not tell students in the class...
